About Shabnam Overseas

Shabnam Overseas is a manufacturer and exporter of handmade rugs, carpets, durries and furniture, based in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh — a region with a long-standing tradition of hand-knotted and hand-tufted rug making in India.

Every piece we sell is handcrafted, not mass-produced: hand-knotted, hand-tufted, and flat weave rugs made to order in wool, silk, and jute, in standard sizes or custom dimensions and designs. Because each rug is made only once it's ordered, lead times run 4–6 weeks for standard pieces and 8–12 weeks for custom orders and larger sizes.

We work with both individual homeowners and interior design trade partners, and ship worldwide from Mirzapur.
